Our Waikato Schools Kilikiti/Cricket Tournament 2019

 has been postponed due to the weather.

The postponement date is 15 October 2019, the first Tuesday back to school in Week 1 Term 4.

We are hoping our Parents that volunteered to help us can still make this date. We would really appreciate it.

Waikato Schools Kilikiti/Cricket Tournament 2019

The Waikato Pasifika Teachers Association.


Venue:The University of Waikato 

(University fields: Entry on Silverdale Road, Gate 3b) 

Free parking at Gate 2b)


Purpose: to create unity amongst Pasifika students throughout the Waikato and celebrate the Pasifika culture and spirit through language, music, dance, sport and food


Time: 9:00am – Finish: 4:00pm.


Travel arrangements: We are asking our parents to please transport their tamariki/tamaiti to the University of Waikato in the morning.

The drop off point would be at Gate 3b, the entry on Silverdale Road. 

I or one of the team members will be there from 8.30 am onwards to meet the children and take the roll.

It will also be the pick-up point at 4.00pm.

We require a number of parent helpers for this trip. If you are able to accompany us, please indicate on the parent helper form, sent out recently.


Please return the following forms  to school as soon as possible:

  1. Parent Helper Form
  2. Student Permission Form – EOTC Parental Consent  

(Children without this completed form will not be able to attend the Kilikiti Day.) 


All forms must be returned so we can continue to plan, organise, making sure everyone is looked after and safety plans are in place.
